Boats hold up to 11 people.
Sea-doo’s hold up to 3 people.
Side-by-Sides hold up to 4 people.
Must be 21 years of age or older to rent and drive any unit we have available for rent.
All units will come with a full tank of gas. Please return your rental without filling it up. Mountain Fork Rentals will fill up all the toys upon your return and charge you the market price for fuel.
Trash not cleaned up = $100.00 fee – trash bag will be included (boats & side-by-sides)
There is a $100.00 Late Fee PER HALF HOUR until the unit is checked back in by a staff member.
Please arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled rental time.
Use of recreational and / or illegal drugs, alcohol and controlled substances must be strictly prohibited at all times during any activity.
We are pet friendly, however please be respectful. Please do not let animal track dirt / mud / red clay onto anyunits. This can result in a $100.00 cleaning fee.
There is a $1,000.00 Damage Security Deposit.
Please watch for shallow spots and low spots when on the water with either a boat or sea-doo.
Seat belts MUST be worn at ALL times. Helmets are to be worn at all times for anyone under the age of 18 years old.
Life vests are to be worn on the boat or sea-doo at all times.
If you pop one of our tubes, lose or misplace a life vest or lose a towable item there is a $150.00 replacement fee. You are more welcome to bring your own life vest and towable items.
