1. Must be 21 years of age or older to rent and drive any unit we have available for rent.
2. There is a $500.00 Damage Security Deposit on all units. IN EFFECT 8/1/2024
3. You are RESPONSIBLE for any and ALL damages on the rental unit. Please read and sign our AGREEMENT when you book!

5. There is a $100.00 Late Fee PER HALF HOUR until the unit is checked back in by a staff member.
6. Cleaning Fee is $100.00. Trash MUST be picked up on your rental unit and brought back to us how you received it. Side by Sides,
pending how muddy the units come back.
7. We are NOT located on the lake. It is approximately 15-20 minutes from the store to the lake on a NON-BUSY DAY.
8. We are located 30 minutes from the off-road trails. Our units are pre-loaded on a trailer for you to haul.
9. Please have an adequate vehicle to pull your rental unit. If you are unsure, please call Mountain Fork Rentals 580-584-9056
10. Boats hold up to 11 people. // Sea-doo’s hold up to 3 people. 2 people comfortably. // Side-by-Sides hold up to 2 or 4 people.
11. All units will come with a full tank of gas. Please return your rental without filling it up. Mountain Fork Rentals will fill up all the toys
upon your return and charge you for fuel.
12. Please arrive 60 minutes before the scheduled rental time.
13. Use of recreational and / or illegal drugs, alcohol and controlled substances must be strictly prohibited at all times during any activity.
14. We are pet friendly, however please be respectful. Please do not let animal track dirt / mud / red clay onto any units. This can result in a
$100.00 cleaning fee.
15. Please watch for shallow spots and low spots when on the water with either a boat or sea-doo.
16. Seat belts MUST always be worn. Helmets are to be always be worn for anyone under the age of 18 years old.
17. Life vests are to be worn on the boat or sea-doo at all times.
18. If you pop one of our tubes, lose or misplace a life vest or lose a towable item there is a $150.00 replacement fee. You are more welcome
to bring your own life vest and towable items.
